About Aquis

 "If you aren't going all the way, why go?"

This thought rang true to Mike and Lucy Knight as they took hold of their plan to open Restaurant Aquis, and they have been thankful for their choice in doing so as they have hit the ground running happily with the opening of the restaurant.

Through their experience, their remarkable teamwork and a passion for bringing people together for special moments, this is just another way SL is being touched by the creative and caring hands of The Knights.
